I can't remember who recommended The Rugby Paper so as to follow what was going on in the Championship this season. It was good advice. http://www.therugbypaper.co.uk

There is a nice Q&A with Joe Cokanasiga in last Sunday's edition. Unfortunately I cannot copy and paste from the online version. He seems to be a very nice guy and very focused on making progress. Interestingly his CV was being circulated amongst clubs and London Irish was the club that contacted him, invited him for a trial, and signed him. Congratulations to whichever coach it was who made the good decision to contact him.
