I think we should regard ourselves as privileged. I'm also in the pool of 437 London Irish fans and the leaders there have 19 points; and our Brian W has 21!

My level of succes mirrors that of Steve Diamond so far; I can but hope for greater success in Europe! Are we doing an Amlin/Heineken competition this year - I would set one up but I am not sure how to do so as a group effort.

The accuracy of my tipping never ceases to amaze - it may be time for affirmative action 'Steve Diamond' style (who can I blame as it is anyones fault but mine!). Are we doing an Autumn International competition/pool?

A yellow cap for the default picks that should be! Brian doesn't seem to have remembered to make any picks.

That's very caring of you. At least I was unable to be in Reading on Sunday and couldn't follow it on the radio.

I am glad to see that my slow ponderous start to the season is continuing; I best start a thread critcising the coaches, management and players and see if that improves things

Meanwhile, Tom amidst essays, lectures and other student activities (!) has displaced Brian W. so well done to him

For the first time I received a warning when I chose London Irish to win. It is the match away against Harlequins but the warning told me that more than 95% of those picking results predicted a different outcome. This is a serious situation to be in. But do I care? No! We will beat 'Quins as the first step in our stunning second half to the season.
